Detached of the presented competition program the planned building provides space for the exchange of cultures an experience. In the center of attentions stands the meeting accompanied by communication. So the draft contains wide rooms and places, which could offer the possibility to do little events like lectures and seminaries but also bigger ones like concerts or theater plays at the two inner yards.
