Bottrop construction site - Creation of new living space

The construction site in Bottrop is in full swing. A single-family home has to make way for two apartment buildings. This completes the streetscape and also creates urgently needed living space.

In the coming months, the Less Plus team will refine the existing designs and create attractive living space. The focus is on user-friendly floor plans that, for example, reflect today’s zeitgeist with open kitchen-living rooms.

We look forward to the challenges ahead.
